Refunds and Returns

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your products, without giving any reason.

Which products can be returned

Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them. We also need your receipt or invoice.

Hygiene exceptions

Cosmetics are personal-care products. Under consumer law, sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene and health protection. The same applies to products that have been used, even once.

Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Faulty or damaged products

If a product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you — we cover the shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will email you to confirm whether the return has been accepted. If approved, your money is refunded to the same payment method you used, within 14 days of us receiving the product.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the amount to appear in your account.

Return shipping costs

Where you are returning simply because you changed your mind, you cover the cost of shipping the product back to us. Where the product was faulty or our mistake, we cover it.

We recommend using a tracked service so you know when the parcel arrives.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another, contact us first. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
